3DTEXT You don't need special 3D Software to make 3DTEXT...You can do it in RealDRAW. |
Step 1. Add some text to your project. I selected the font "Cooper Black" and set the size at 60. Color it with a light color. |
Step 2. Put a solid white outline around yout text. Set the outline slider to 70. So that you can see the outline, I changed my background color to light gray. (The light gray background also helps to bring out the 3D effect, but this technique will also work on a white background as well as other colors). |
Step 3.Now add the same text in the same font to your project. Set the size to 100 and make sure there is no outline. Make the text color darker than what you used in Step 1. Select the smaller, outlined text. Right click on it and select "Copy." Then, select the larger text, right click on it and select "Paste Inside" |
Step 4.You should now have text that looks like the image to the right. All that is left to do is to add a drop shadow effect. Click on the "Shadows and Effects" library and select one. |
Step 5. That is it!! You are done!! The drop shadow really brings out the 3D effect.. No fancy 3D software required...all you need is RealDRAW. |
